Russian Accreditation Received
ABC/CAS is proud to announce that they have received re-accreditation in Russia! The Russia Program will be able to process families who submit completed dossiers expeditiously.
About Our Programs
ABC
Adoption Services, Inc started its International Adoption Program in the
early winter of 1996 for families wishing to welcome into their hearts
and homes children of another culture. The results of the
first small group of prospective adoptive parents wishing to adopt
internationally were placements from Russia and China.
ABC was the first agency in
the Commonwealth of Virginia to become accredited by the
Russian Federation. ABC Adoption offers a program
for adoption in China and a China Waiting Child program through our
Eastern Regional office. Virginia families requesting
to adopt from China will be placed in the ABC China
Program. We are proud to have Chrysalis House as the partner agency for the ABC China adoption program.
ABC works in partnership with
Carolina
Adoption Services in Greensboro, North Carolina, for the
placement of children. As
a subsidiary, ABC completes homestudies and post adoption
services for all international referrals to Carolina
Adoption Services for families residing in Virginia. These
services allow adoptive families to have a cooperative, one
agency relationship from the homestudy to the dossier
preparation through post placement services.
