ABC/CAS is proud to announce that they have received re-accreditation in Russia!
Regional managers are ready to begin processing adoptions in the following regions:
Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, Kemerovo, Kirov, Rostov on Don, Krasnodar, Sakhalin and Leningradsky regions. The Russia Program will be able to process families who submit completed dossiers expeditiously. Our facilitator will be in North Carolina in March at which time agency will be holding informational meetings on Russian Program. All interested parties are welcome to join us and learn more about this exciting program.
